انصح النزلاء باغلاق غرفهم جيدا عند النوم

احجز قبل تروح .. الاستقبال والريسبشن وجوه عابسة و كلام فوقي . كان سيء جداً لدرجة تحسهم متعاملين مع Trivago والهم نسبه من التسويق . المهم جلسنا في بار الشاطئ كونه المكان الوحيد المتوفر للزايرين و تنتقع بالشمس و بهدلة وقلة واجب و ياريت مارحنا .

من احلى الفنادق بالامارات نسبة الى السعر خلال فصل الصيف يتميز ب النظافة ،خدمة جيدة ،طعام جيد ، مسبح ، إيجابياته كثيرة ولكن يعيبه شيئان وجود الكحول بالغرفة ولكن ستدفع لنقله من الغرفة
والثاني وجود لحم الخنزير ضمن بوفيه الطعام حيث يمكن للناس ان يتناولوه بدون قصد رغم وجود صورة الخنزير بجانبه
يمكنهم نقل لطرف مستقل بالمطعم وليس ضمن حدود البوفيه
زرت المنتجع لمدة ٣ليال ، منتجع رائع متنوع الأنشطة غرف واسعة وشرحه إطلالتها على البحر مباشرة ،يتوفر عدة مطاعم بالمنتجع للأسف ماجربتها ،الأفضل الوصول للمنتجع عن طريق الشارقة اقرب من الفجيرة ، يوجد مناطق ترفيهية للأطفال وممكن مشاركة الكبار لهم .

منتجع جميل جداً غرفة وسيعه بشرفة وحمام ملكي مرافق مميزة استمتعت مع زوجي وأطفالي فيه جداً وقضينا اجمل وأروع الأوقات فيه وخصوصاً الاطفال كانت لهم برامج وأنشطة ممتعة وكان المكان حالم ورومانسي بإطلالته على المحيط الهندي احلم بالعودة له مرة اخرى

لا اعلم لما اخترت هذا الفندق لقضاء الاجازة مع العائلة ، افسد العطلة علي وعلى اطفالي. بركة السباحة باردة جداً، و الجاكوزي بارد للغاية, الأكل كان سيئ، وغير متنوع، في البوفيه اختار المطعم ارخص انواع الاسماك، لم تكن هناك هوية للأكل، الحلويات كانت لا تتميز بالطعم، الحبار مقلي مع بصل بلا لون او رائحة وطعم البصل هو الموجودة. خدمة الغرف كانت تتأخر، حيث عدت الى الغرف الساعة الثانية عشر والنصف بعد الظهر ولم تكن خدمة الغرف قد وصلت لترتيب وتنظيف الغرف... قمنا بتقديم شكوى عن بركة السباحة للمدير ولكنه قال انه لا اعلم ان المسخن في المسبح لا اعلم ولم يعالج المشكلة في اليوم التالي... الاطفال لم يستمتعوا بالعطلة...
