Your valued feedback and suggestions are important for us to improve continuously our service quality as our goal is not only to meet but even exceed our guests’ expectations.
Our resort is located away from the city directly at the Indian Ocean and backed at the rear by the lovely Hajjar Mountains. Indeed, the Indian Ocean, in general, has higher waves than the Arabian Gulf due to the tropical weather influence depending on the season. At the same time the sea water temperature is cooler, therefore makes the East Coast attractive especially during the summer months. Your comment about the variety of our breakfast items in Mozaique is noted and will be assessed.
May I take this opportunity again to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and sincerely hope to welcome you back at another opportunity to convince you of our usual fine services.

مكان هادئ انشطة جيدة ولكن اغلب النشاطا ت يلزم الدفع؟ الشاطئ جميل وهادئ ولكن برك السباحة مستوى التعقيم عالي نسبيا لدرجة عدم تحمل رائحة الكلور والافطار شهي ومتنوع والخدمة ضمنه ممتازة ولكن هناك موضوع نظافة الغرف هناك طاقم عمل غير كافي

وحبذا لو كان هناك بعض مراوح التبريد بجانب المسبح بالاضافة الى ان مياه المسبح تميل الى درجات حرارة مرتفعة نوعا ما حيث ان درجة حرارة ماء المسبح يجب ان تكون مائلة للبرودة نوعا ما نشكركم على استقبالك و حفاوتكم لنا و نتمنى ان تكون هناك خصومات أفضل للزبائن الدائمين و شكرا
