خلال اقامتي ولمدة ثلاث ايام وجدت ان هنالك عدد لابأس به من الزبائن العرب
ولكن بوفيه الافطار الصباحي لاتوجد به التشكيلة الكبيرة والكافية لإرضاء كافة الأذواق رغم ان طعم الأطعمة شهي وجيد ، ولكن نرجو لمزيد من التنوع واضافة المزيد .

وجد حشرة في الغرفة / لا أنصح كفندق / لكن الموقع جميل جداً /// والخدمة سيئة لايوجد إهتمام أو إستقبال جيد / أنصح بفندق أخر رغم أن السعر للغرفة ليس بقليل أبد ... والشباب بالإستقبال نفسيات سيئة ...... وشكراً

تصميم رائع للمباني وموقع مميز على البحر واي كان اختيار الغرف ستكون تجربة جديدة من حيث الاطلالة وسهولة الوصول الى المرافق، الاعتناء بالمساحات الخضراء وجداول المياه مميز وخاصة انه يستقطب مجموعة رائعة من الطيور.

منتجع شاطئي ، ، ولكن وجود امواج خلال فترة إقامتنا ولم نتمكن من ممارسة السباحة بالبحر. . موقع هادئ وبعيد عن المدينة وعن المستشفي في حالو الطوارئ . . الافطار لم يكن متنوع الاختيارات ومزدحم. . . . وشكراً

Your valued feedback and suggestions are important for us to improve continuously our service quality as our goal is not only to meet but even exceed our guests’ expectations.
Our resort is located away from the city directly at the Indian Ocean and backed at the rear by the lovely Hajjar Mountains. Indeed, the Indian Ocean, in general, has higher waves than the Arabian Gulf due to the tropical weather influence depending on the season. At the same time the sea water temperature is cooler, therefore makes the East Coast attractive especially during the summer months. Your comment about the variety of our breakfast items in Mozaique is noted and will be assessed.
May I take this opportunity again to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and sincerely hope to welcome you back at another opportunity to convince you of our usual fine services.
