حجزت غرفتين متصلات مع بعض ولما وصلت الفندق عطوني غرفتين منفصلات وبعيد عن بعض، حتى موظف الاستقبال ما حاول يساعدني في هذا الشيء وقال لي مافي غرف كله فل، إذا هذا الشيء غير متوفر المفروض أثناء الحجز من النت ما يكون هذا الخيار متوفر

حاجة الى اعتناء بالضيف أكثر وخاصة من ناحية النظافة ويجب ان يتسم الاستقبال بابتسامة لطيفة للضيف عند الاستقبال وان لا يكونوا على غير ذلك , فنحن عند وصولنا لم نجد الاستقبال المريح , فنتمنى منكم ان تحسنوا هذه النقطة مع الشكر

للاسف اسوء تجربة اقامة في فندق مرت علي طوال حياتي
كنا نتمنى بأن يكون مستوى الفندق افضل بكثير لكن صدمنا بالواقع
للخدمات ونوعية الغرف مقابل مبلغ مالي مرتفع ولم يتم مراعاة اقامتنا العائلية
ولا يوجد خصوصية ولا احترافية

منتجع متكامل والخدمة كانت ممتازة من الاستقبال إلى خدمة الغرف حيث تشعر بالتجاوب السريع مع أي طلب تطلبه ويقوموا بتلببته فورا، كذلك الفطور كان رائع ولذيذ ومتنوع يشمل جميع الأصناف العالمية والعربية كذلك المسبح ومنطقة العاب الأطفال
