الغرف ضيقة والنظافة مقبولة لا يوجد طاولة طعام او حتى ترولي للطعام نأكل على السرير.. تغيير المناشف بالطلب.. لا يوجد روب للسباحة لكن من ناحية الاطلالة جميلة ومريحة جدا.. الاكل لا يوجد خيارات كثيرة محدودة فقط.. اما البار ما شاء الله

Thank you for your comments about your recent stay at Fujairah Rotana posted on Trip Advisor.
Your valued feedback and suggestions are important for us to improve continuously our service quality as our goal is not only to meet but even exceed our guests’ expectations.
Rotana launched its “safe space” program to ensure that our guests deal with a minimum touch points in the guest room. Consequently, the majority of amenities inclusive of bathrobe and slippers were removed but are available upon request. Indeed, our hotel is not newly built, however, well up-kept. You stayed in a newly renovated room.
Once again, many thanks for your valued comments, and already today my team and I look forward to welcoming you back to the fabulous East Coast!

Thank you very much for your very positive review of your recent staycation with us at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, and it was lovely meeting you in person.
Given the current concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic we have put stringent measures in place to protect you, our valued guest, and it is with much pleasure I read about your positive experience with focus on our “Safe Space” program while enjoying our resort. موظف الاستقبال اهتشام محترم جدا وطيب بالتعامل . اصوات الحيوانات كانت مزعجه بعض الشي كالغراب اما المرافق العامه والمقاهي كانت ممتازه وسعر الغرفه تقريبا غالي لم اجرب الافطار لان غرفتي لم تشمل الافطار بس

للأسف الطعام من أسواء ماكان للإفطار والغداء تقليدي مائل للهندي ليس هناك أي طبق شرقي وليس هناك أي أطباق تخص الطعام العربي ولا حتى الشعبي الإماراتي مع أننا في دولها لها تراث وطبق شعبي

عدم احترام المواعيد
لقد تاخر الفندق في توفير الغرفة في الموعد المحدد حيث قمنا باستلام الغرفة في تمام الساعة الخامسة والنصف مما تسبب لي ولعائلتي وأطفالي بمشاكل ومتاعب جسدية ونفسية وذلك بسبب وصولنا الى الفندق بعد سفر طويل من ابو ظبي

مكان هادئ ومناسب لاجازة سعيد حتى وان كانت قصيرة
ولكن للاسف يجب العناية اكثر بالغرف والصيانة العامة
في الزيارة الثانية كانت هنالك بعض المشاكل وتم حلها
والمرة الثالثة كانت هنالك مشكلة وتم حلها
اتمنى ان لايكون هنالك اي مشاكل في المستقبل
