Thank you for your comments about your recent stay at Fujairah Rotana posted on Trip Advisor.
Your valued feedback and suggestions are important for us to improve continuously our service quality as our goal is not only to meet but even exceed our guests’ expectations.
Rotana launched its “safe space” program to ensure that our guests deal with a minimum touch points in the guest room. Consequently, the majority of amenities inclusive of bathrobe and slippers were removed but are available upon request. Indeed, our hotel is not newly built, however, well up-kept. You stayed in a newly renovated room.
