فندق جميل وخدمة مميزة واشكر العاملبن على هذا الفندق والموظفين في جمبع المواقع وخدمة الغرف المميزة والسريعة والغرفة الجميلة والمميزة بكافة مرافقها والمرافق المميزة المسبح والساونة والجاكوزي كل الامور كانت بشكل جيد
ولاكن احب ان انوه على موضوع الطعام كان الطعام مطبوخ بشكل سيء جدا وكانه الشف لا يعرف كيفية الطبخ من الاساس لانه انا احب زيارة كراون بلازا واذكر ما رايته لانه بوجود هذا الشف الذي يطبخ بهذا الشكل غير مقبول جدا مع اني كنت مبسوط بشكل كبير من الخدمات المقدمه والموظفين بشكل كبير اتنمى ان يتم تحسين الطعام بشكل افضل او تقوم الادارة بتغير الشف من الاساس
ومع ذلك اشكر كل من محمد الزهيري وسعد العدوان ومحمد ابو صافي من الاستقبال ومن قسم الخدمه مراد التعمري وايضا كمال من خدمة الطعام ومن برج الحمام السيد موسى اتمنى من الفندق الحفاظ على الموظفين الذين مثلهم واشكركم
