الفندق ومرافقه مميز. أفضل من حيث جودة الخدمة والسعر من باقي فنادق البحر الميت. الموظفون غايتهم رضا العميل ويتقبلون الملاحظات ويتفاعلون معها. الشاطىء مرتب بطريقة اكثر من رائعة لم أرى مثلها في الفنادق الاخرى.
