Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience with me and provide us with a critical appraisal of your stay in the Dead Sea.
I am not so happy to read that there was a problem with your stay during your visit with us but I do want to thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. I really appreciate that you have given our business a try. While it is hard to believe our team members would attempt during a slow business day to defraud you, it seems more likely we haven’t been able to do our job to keep you as a happy customer. It seems you are not a regular user of hotels - our hotel pools are segregated between adults and families - sorry but we cannot allow children into a pool with an alcoholic bar, even you would question our morals for that as we would questions yours. We also offer the earliest check in time of all the hotels in the Dead Sea - you received this on your confirmation letter.
While I’d love to say that Hilton Dead Sea is a great fit for everyone, clearly we weren’t able to live up to that in your eyes. I’m really sorry about that. You may want to try one of the other hotels on your next visit to the Dead Sea instead as it might be more satisfying for you. Best of luck!
