تاخر في الدخول الى الغرفة على الرغم من تاكيدي على القدوم المبكر خلال الحجز، لكن استلمت الغرفة بعد الوقت النظامي المحدد ب نصف ساعه.
تم تمديد وقت المغادرة ومشكور الموظف على ذلك لكن هذا اجراء احصل عليه بشكل داءم في معظم الفنادق.
كنت اتوقع على الاقل اتصال من مسوول في الفندق للاعتذار عن ما حصل لكن يبدو انه لا يوجد ذالك الاهتمام.
اتمنى ان تتحس الخدمات لان مرافق الفندق ممتازة.
تلقيت معاملة لطيفة من موظفي الاستقبال والامتعة لكن من الواضح انهم ليس لديهم صلاحية لارضاء النزلاء في حال حصول اي مشكلة

It is most unfortunate that you experienced some problems but I want to help you resolve them professionally. Please write to our Executive Office on ammds.info@hilton.com and I will ensure these matters are addressed, however as management read these threads they will see your comments in order to take appropriate action. We cannot locate your details from your Tripadvisor name so if you really wish to engage then you we appreciate your write to us in a professional manner otherwise we will not be able take any action.
The entire team works very hard to impress our guests and we appreciate your feedback and we want to help find a solution as we are aware you were not satisfied. It is always unfortunate when we read something that has an impact on the hard work of everyone else.

نظافة حمام الغرفة ضعيفة..ال shower غير منظف بالصابون قبل وصولي و الحمام مفص ل إلى جزأين بحيث ان جزء قضاء الحاجة المنفصل لا يوجد به مغسلة للايدي ونضطر إلى استخدام المغسلة بالجزد الاخر
نظافة المسبح غير مقبولة ابدا لايوجد تنظيف على مدار اليوم.. لذلك يوجد أوساخ داخل المسبح ويوجد زيوت ايضا
