تجربة رائعه وجميلة ومن الجيد زيارته مرة اخرى واريد الشكر والثناء للموظفين خدمات رائعه وسرعة ودقة بالاداء ومن الجيد رؤية ذلك وتمتع الاشخاص بالمناظر الرائعه وتجربة كل ما هو جديد ولكن من الجيد عرض الخدمات المتوافرة غير المتداولة او المعروفه كثيرا

لم تكن تجربتي جيدا ابدا... الخدمه سيئه والطعام كذالك.. ولاكن وجود عيسى صاحب افضل عصائر منعشه والطف كلمات جعلتني اتحمل الايام التي جلستها هنا .. لن انسى طعم عصير الجزر الذي يعده. وايضا مقدمين الخدمه في المطعم لطيفين لابعد الحدود واذكر اماني التي تتحمل اي طلب بصدر رحب.
خدمة المطعم ممتازة وخدمة العصائر وخصوصا عيسى ابو ضيف الله لتقديمة العصائر اللذيذة والمنعشة و خدمة الطاولات خصوصا اماني
ولكن واجهت مشكلة في في خدمة الغرف حيث يوجد ادوات ناقصة في غرفتنا مثل معجون الاسنان وفرشاة الاسنان و ليفة الجسم والاكل ليس لذيذا

خدمة العملاء بطريقة سيئة جدا من قبل موظفي الاستقبال و عدم وجود المدراء في الفندق في حال واجهتكم مشكلة و عدم السماح للعميل بتكلم الى احد المدراء و تصرف من المدراء بطريقة لا تليق بالعميل و لا انصح احد بالذهاب اليه

رائع جداً، زرت الكثير من الفنادق في البحر الميت واخرها كان الهيلتون ومن بعدها لما اغير هذا الفندق بسبب العاملين فيه والنظافة والخدمة، اعتبره المكان الأول للراحة ولتغيير النفسية، واجب ان اذكر شخص ساعدني بالكثير من الامور شخص خدوم ومحترم ومبتسم اسمه عمار متواجد على الاستعلامات، اود شكره وشكر كل العاملين هناك للخدمة الجميلة التي يقدموها بكل صدر رحب. شكرا وستكون وجهتي التالية للبحر الميت هي الهيلتون اكيد.
