خدمه كثير ممتازه والموظفين و خصوصاً عيسى ابو ضيف الله في فتره الافطار واستقباله وترحيب بآبتسامته الرائعه وعمل العصائر الطبيعيه المنعشه والاكل ممتاز على الافطار كانت اقامتي كثير ممتازه كانت تجربة رائعة جداً

جوده الخدمة عالياً جداً وحسن الضيافة والاستقبال وخصوصاً في المطعم الرئيسي وخدمة الطاولات عيسى ابو ضيف الله بتقديم العصائر والفواكة الطازجة وسرعة في تلبية الاحتياجات والفندق نظيف جداً والطعام ايضاً سأعود قريباً

جودة الخدمة عالية جدا، حسن الضيافة والاستقبال، خصوصا في تلبية الطلبات، نظافة الغرف في مبنى مادبا، مرافق الفندق تتمتع بسعة كبيرة، يحتاج الفندق الى القيام باعمال التجديد في بعض المرافق خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالدهان.

الفندق رائع وفي قمة النظافة والطاقم ممتاز خصوصا موظف الاستقبال هلال قمه باللطف والرقي بالتعامل وحل المشاكل.
وجميع طاقم العمل رائع رائع وائع من شباب محترمه رائعين جميعهم قمة في الاخلاق خاصة موظفين بركة السباحة محمد وعلي ويونس ويوسف وهاشم وموظفين وجبة العشاء علي ومؤيد هجورات شكرا كثير.

الفندق جيد ولكن اداره الفندق غير جيده وتعامل الموظفين غير لائق المناشف في موقع واحد فقط لايوجد مياه للشرب عند شاطى البحر ومن المستغرب ان فندق مصنف ب5 نجوم يقسم برك السباحه الى عائلات وكابل وبركه واحده مختلطه يوجد بها اطفال لمن نتمكن من السباحه و او اختيار المسبح المناسب او الذي يعجبني الجلوس به
تم طلب مناشف للغرفه فلم تاتي مع تكرار الطلب الاكر من مره وايظا تم طلب المزيد من القهوه في الغرفه ولامر كذالك لا انصح احد بالذهاب اليه الماريوت او الموفنبك افضل بكثير من ناحيه الخدمه
شي واحد اسدى لنا المساعد وكان دائم حسن الاستقبال الموظفه عطيات هذه الموظفه فقط في الفندق تستحق الثناء
نصيحة حول الغرف: مبنى البتراء وجرش قريب من الريسبشن

We are extremely disappointed to see that you weren't happy with your visit at the hotel.
