The Villa Dracoena was built in 1906. It is located in front of the sea on the Cape of Nice, between the 'Baie des Anges' and Villefranche. The Villa is overlooking the sea and the "baie des anges" with breathtaking views.The garden is 1000 meters square and contains many trees, notably orange trees, and exotic plants. Close to the natural reserve of 'Mont Boron' where it is very nice to walk between wood and sea, the Villa Dracoena is also located at a walking distance to the old town of Nice and the ' Promenade des Anglais', 5 min from Villefranche, 20 min from Nice International Airport and 20 min from Monaco. Heating for pool is available. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 06088002325IR

Excellent villa.

The Villa lives up to its fabulous promise! The perfect hang out for Summer or Fall in Nice ! It’s terraces and gardens and pool offer the perfect outdoor moments to gaze at the glittering sea.

Fantastique séjour !

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa, tout est à proximité (plage, port de nice, ville, commerce...). Il y a une vue imprenable sur toute la promenade des anglais vraiment splendide. La maison est très propre vraiment luxueuse et très bien équipée, l'accueil a été chaleureux et nous avions eux toutes les adresses incontournables de Nice pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement la villa dracoena

Un séjour de rêve

Une somptueuse villa dans un écrin de verdure et une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Nous y sommes restés 3 semaines en famille: un vrai bonheur pour tous.

Superbe !

Une superbe et authentique villa « Belle Epoque » sur avec un haut niveau d’équipements et tout le confort moderne. Vue somptueuse sur la mer et la Baie de Anges et jardin avec piscine chauffée. Un très bon service d’entretien. Bref, un endroit magique que je recommande tout spécialement !

Superb location luxury villa

High enough up Mount Boron to have fantastic views over the bay but close enough to the centre of Nice to walk down in half an hour - no need to have a hire car. Villa itself is very well equipped and ticked all our boxes for luxury. Pool was warm enough to use without heating (I believe you can ask for it to be heated though).

Getting around

Nice has a great bus and tram network at very low price (1,5 Euros per person to come from the airport to the villa or for most part of French Riviera spots). To come from the airport, tramway « Port Lympia » drive you to the port at the extreme Est of Nice. Then, you must take the bus number 100 to go to the villa in five minutes (Maeterlinck stop). Bus stops are close to the villa (100 meters) and you can visit all part of Nice or French Riviera at very low price. Uber is available at Nice and you can also use electric scooter available close to the villa too.
